At NavixToys, we want you to love your RC toys! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
We know choosing the perfect RC toy can be tricky, especially when buying online. That's why we give you a full month to test, fly, and play with your purchase. If it doesn't bring the joy and excitement you expected, we'll make it right.

How to Return Your Purchase
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@navixtoys.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve!)
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We typically respond within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 EET).
Step 2: Get Return Instructions
We'll provide you with:
- Return address: Nordics Fulfillment OÜ Kõrtsi tee 7, Lehmja Rae vald, 75306 Estonia (Warehouse doors 8-9)
- Return authorization number (if applicable)
- Any specific packing instructions
Step 3: Pack Your Item
- Use the original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories: remote control, batteries, USB cables, spare parts, manuals
- Pack securely to prevent damage during return shipping
- Include a note with your order number and email address
Step 4: Ship It Back
Ship the item to our returns center using a tracked shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns:
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.Please use a tracked shipping method and keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll cover the return shipping cost! Just contact us at support@navixtoys.com with photos of the issue, and we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping. If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs (prepaid label or reimbursement).
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days - We'll check that the item meets our return conditions
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days - We'll issue the refund to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: 5-7 business days - Your bank processes the refund (varies by bank)
Total timeline: Typically 7-14 business days from when we receive your return.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery date
✅ Unused or gently used - We understand you need to test it! Minor signs of use are fine.
✅ Complete - All accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging included
✅ In resellable condition - No excessive wear, damage, or modifications
We understand accidents happen! If your RC toy was damaged during normal testing (a crash or two), that's perfectly fine. We're talking about damage from misuse, like trying to fly it in a pool or running over it with a car.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns in these cases:
❌ Items returned after 30 days from delivery
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications
❌ Items with missing accessories or parts (unless defective)
❌ Used items without original packaging (if packaging was part of the product)

Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? We're really sorry - that's not the NavixToys experience we want you to have!
Contact us immediately at support@navixtoys.com with:
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
- Your order number
We'll offer you:
- Replacement: We'll send you a new item (our preferred option - fastest for you!)
- Full Refund: If you prefer, we'll refund your purchase
- Free Return Shipping: We'll cover the cost of returning the defective item
Manufacturing defects covered: Any issues with motors, electronics, remote control, or build quality that arise from normal use.
Exchanges
Want a different color or model? We're happy to help!
Process:
- Return your original item following the standard return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Once we receive and process your return, we'll refund your original purchase
Why not direct exchange? This ensures you get the new item faster (we ship immediately) rather than waiting for the return to arrive first.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipping:
Contact us immediately at support@navixtoys.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
After Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.
Refund Method
All refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card
- PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
- Other payment methods: Refund to the original source
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as store credit (unless you specifically request store credit).
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund:
- Item returned without original packaging (if packaging is critical)
- Item shows signs of excessive use beyond normal testing
- Missing non-essential accessories (we'll deduct the cost of the missing item)
We'll always contact you first before processing a partial refund to discuss your options.
Important Notes
Customs & Import Duties:
If you're returning an international order, you are responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred during the return. These fees are non-refundable.
Original Shipping Costs:
If you received free shipping on your order (€75+ orders), the original shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund. You only pay for return shipping.
If you paid for shipping, the original shipping cost is non-refundable (it was used to send the item to you).
Promotional Items:
If your order included a free promotional item, it must be returned along with your purchase to receive a full refund.
