For orders under €75, we keep shipping costs low and transparent. No surprises at checkout!

How Shipping Works
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of your purchase (usually within one day!).
Processing time does not include:
- Weekends (Saturday-Sunday)
- Public holidays in Estonia
What happens during processing:
- Payment verification
- Inventory check
- Quality control
- Secure packaging
- Label printing
Once processed, your order ships from our fulfillment center in Lehmja, Estonia.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order ships!
You'll receive:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package in real-time

Delivery Times by Country
Delivery times start counting after your order ships (not when you place the order).
Why we're faster than China: Our warehouse is in Tallinn, Estonia (EU), so your RC toys reach you in days, not weeks!

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
✅ Parcel lockers: Fully supported! Many of our carriers offer parcel locker delivery (DPD, Omniva, Itella). Select this option at checkout if available for your address.
✅ PO Boxes: Accepted in most locations. Standard shipping rates apply.
Items We Cannot Ship
❌ Due to airline safety regulations, we cannot ship:
- Damaged or recalled lithium battery products
- Items to countries outside our current shipping zones
All our RC toys contain lithium batteries which are shipped in compliance with UN3481 regulations and are safe for air transport.
What If My Package Is Delayed?
We get it - waiting is hard, especially when you're excited about your new RC toys!
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Check tracking: Sometimes packages are marked "delayed" but still arrive on time
- Wait 2 extra business days: Carrier estimates can be conservative
- Contact us: Email orders@navixtoys.com with your order number
We'll investigate and:
- Contact the carrier to locate your package
- Provide you with updates
- Arrange a replacement or refund if the package is lost
Lost packages are rare (less than 0.5% of shipments), but we always make it right if it happens!
Customs & Import Duties
Great news for EU customers: Since we ship from Estonia (EU), there are no customs fees or import duties for shipments within all EU countries!
Why? All our shipping destinations are part of the European Union (EU), which allows free movement of goods.
You pay exactly what you see at checkout. No surprise fees upon delivery!
Order Issues
Wrong Address?
Before shipping: Contact us immediately at orders@navixtoys.com - we can update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
After shipping: Contact us ASAP. We'll try to redirect the package, but this isn't always possible once it's in transit. If we can't redirect it, you may need to wait for it to return to us and we'll reship it (you may be responsible for additional shipping costs).
Pro tip: Double-check your shipping address at checkout!
Damaged During Shipping?
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the box and the damaged item
- Don't throw away the packaging (carrier may need to inspect it)
- Contact us immediately at orders@navixtoys.com
We'll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund - your choice!
Shipping damage is covered 100% by us. You won't pay anything.
Package Stolen?
If your package shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave it in safe spots)
- Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark items delivered early)
- Contact us at orders@navixtoys.com
We'll work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we'll send a replacement or refund.
International Shipping (Outside EU)
Currently not available, but we're working on it!

Shipping During Holidays
Holiday season shipping:
During peak times (Christmas, Black Friday), order processing and delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days due to high volume. We'll always display any delays on our website homepage.
Public holidays:
We don't process orders on Estonian public holidays. Shipping resumes the next business day.
Major European holidays affecting delivery:
- Christmas/New Year period (Dec 24-Jan 2)
- Midsummer (late June)
- Easter weekend
We'll notify you via email if your order is affected by holiday schedules.
